Sempre fui muito bem atendido porém, desde 2021, percebi uma queda gritante no nível de conhecimento dos vendedores, item que sempre foi um grande diferencial. Espero que a rede volte a investir no treinamento e conhecimento dos vendedores pois muitos clientes gostam de saber os detalhes dos produtos para comparar e escolher. Não adianta nada falar que a diferença entre dois modelos de TVS era simplesmente a marca e tamanho. Eu pedi detalhes e falaram para eu buscar na Internet.

I hope that the network invests in training and knowledge of salespeople again, as many customers like to know the details of products to compare and choose. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar onde voce tem que implorar pra ser atendido, diversos vendedores disponíveis e nenhum se prontifica a atender. Até entendo que cada grupo de vendedor fica responsável por um departamento mas é horrível o atendimento dessa loja. Chegar em um lugar com diversos atendentes disponíveis conversando entre si e nenhum pelo menos pergunta “como posso te ajudar?” passa uma impressão horrível de julgamento. Acho muito triste esse tipo de atitude e coisas assim fazem com que cada vez mais pessoas nem cogitem mais comprar nada em lojas físicas. Em resumo, fiz minha compra na concorrência, pagando 7% mais caro mas com alegria de ter sido bem atendido.
