Contatei o vendedor através de mensagem pelo Mercado Livre e a empresa não tinha outro teclado para repor, pois o que comprei foi a última unidade. O vendedor me propôs devolver o valor assim que eu devolvesse o produto. E a empresa devolveu o valor assim que recebeu o produto. A empresa foi muito correta, transparente na negociação e muito idônea. Tive um ótimo atendimento desde o início da transação no Mercado Livre, em especial dos atendentes Carlos, Marcelo e Nayara. Empresa idônea e profissional! Voltarei a fazer novos negocios com certeza.
I bought a keyboard for my Samsung notebook through Mercado Livre and it failed after a little over 2 months. I contacted the seller via a message via Mercado Livre and the company did not have another keyboard to replace, as what I bought was the last unit. The seller proposed to return the value as soon as I returned the product. And the company returned the value as soon as it received the product. The company was very correct, transparent in the negotiation and very reputable. I had a great service since the beginning of the transaction in Mercado Livre, especially from the attendants Carlos, Marcelo and Nayara. Reputable and professional company! I will return to doing new business for sure.
