Quando eu comprei me garantiram que o material era mais resistente que o ouro e que ela não quebraria e nem iria amassar, resultado fui até o shopping Suzano que foi aonde eu comprei e não quiseram trocar, mesmo depois de me garantirem que o anel não quebraria e quebrou no dedo do meu filho.
Estou totalmente decepcionada, dei de presente o anel e foi uma decepção total, e pior, eu ligo no local no shopping Suzano e ninguém atende.
Não recomendo mais
I bought a ring and gave it to my son, two months later it broke in his hand.
When I bought it, I was assured that the material was more resistant than gold and that it would not break or dent, as a result I went to the Suzano mall which was where I bought it and they did not want to change it, even after they assured me that the ring would not break and it broke on my son's finger.
I'm totally disappointed, I gave the ring as a gift and it was a total disappointment, and worse, I call on the premises at the Suzano mall and no one answers.
