★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos transfer aeroporto/hotel/aeroporto e 3 passeios com a Felipe Tour, todos exclusivos pra minha família. fomos atendidos pelos motoristas Léo, Delano e Souza e todos eles foram pontuais, educados e muito atenciosos. Os carros não eram novos mas eram confortáveis e com ar condicionado em perfeito estado. Só temos a agradecer o bom serviço prestado.
 We made airport / hotel / airport transfers and 3 tours with Felipe Tour, all exclusive to my family. we were attended by drivers Léo, Delano and Souza and they were all punctual, polite and very attentive. The cars were not new but were comfortable and air conditioned in perfect condition. We can only thank the good service provided.

Os motoristas são super simpáticos e solícitos, e os veículos impecáveis. Foi um diferencial optarmos pelo transporte exclusivo, assim foi possível aproveitar muiito mais cada lugar.
Destaco o atendimento e o super astral do motorista Leo, que nos levou de van no primeiro dia para cumbuco. Ele é maravilhoso, mto simpático e nos apresentou no decorrer do caminho a lugares incríveis e contando várias histórias legais da cidade. Adoramos.
Mais uma vez, parabéns pelo excelente trabalho e obrigada. Desejo sucesso a todos ☺️
My family and I spent wonderful days in the city and the tours were perfect, thanks in large part to the exclusive and wonderful service we received from the company.
The drivers are super friendly and helpful, and the vehicles are impeccable. It was a differentiator to choose exclusive transport, so it was possible to enjoy a lot more each place.
I highlight the attendance and the high spirits of the driver Leo, who took us by van on the first day to cumbuco. He is wonderful, very friendly and introduced us along the way to incredible places and telling many cool stories about the city. We love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento online é muito ativo e responde rápido a tudo que perguntamos, inclusive durante o atendimento. O serviço de transfer até Jericoacoara é terceirizado, e eles enviaram 2 motoristas excelentes para nos atender, Erisvaldo e Bruno. O terceiro não foi tão gentil, e tivemos um certo constrangimento pq a cadeirinha era inapropriada para o peso da criança, e ele sugeriu que fizéssemos a viagem assim mesmo, como se isso fosse bobagem. Como nos recusamos a aceitar, eles se mobilizaram e conseguiram resolver em poucos minutos. No final, ficamos satisfeitos com o atendimento como um todo, mas seria interessante orientar os motoristas sobre a questão da cadeirinha, principalmente quando se trata de um cliente que se importa com as normas e orientações de segurança. O motorista deve respeitar as escolhas do cliente, sobretudo quando o cliente está pedindo para seguir as regras de trânsito, e não para quebrá-las.
The online service is very active and responds quickly to everything we ask, including during service. The transfer service to Jericoacoara is outsourced, and they sent 2 excellent drivers to meet us, Erisvaldo and Bruno. The third one was not so kind, and we had a certain embarrassment because the car seat was inappropriate for the child's weight, and he suggested that we make the trip anyway, as if that were silly. As we refused to accept it, they mobilized and managed to resolve it within minutes. In the end, we were satisfied with the service as a whole, but it would be interesting to guide drivers on the issue of car seats, especially when it comes to a customer who cares about safety standards and guidelines. The driver must respect the customer's choices, especially when the customer is asking to follow the traffic rules, not to break them.

A Felipe tur por comentarios excelentes no tripdivisor,chegando em Fortaleza fiz tds os passeios com a empresa pois cada dia q os contratavamos era um passeio perfeito ,sem stress ,com pontualidade d empresa e motoristas super atenciosos q fizeram nossos dias perfeitos. E pra finalizar eles enviaram pelo sedex a mochila q minha filha esqueceu n hotel q chegou certinha.Prova de gentileza e honestidade.

We came from Fortaleza about 15 days ago and I want to tell you my experience with this idea: I closed the transfer co. To Felipe tur for excellent comments on tripdivisor, arriving in Fortaleza I made all the tours with the company because every day that I hired them was a perfect tour, without stress, with punctuality d company and super attentive drivers that made our days perfect. And to finish they sent by the sedex the backpack that my daughter forgot in hotel q arrived certinha.Prova of kindness and honesty.
