Qdo fui no local fazer os exames fui surpreendida pois cobraram valores a maior
Questionei e informaram que iam passar o caso para gerência e até momento não obtive retorno
Em suma
Se alguém pedir orçamento não confie pois na hora que cobram é a mais e não dão uma justificativa plausível para cobrança a mais
Não recomendo pois se não podemos confiar em um simples orçamento imagina nós exames
Me desculpem os profissionais que não estão envolvidos diretamente mas não recomendo
Médico que efetuou exames super atencioso atendente ok mas as informações são totalmente desencontradas
I'm Adriana and the clinic was super recommended by the vet of my trust I went through WhatsApp with the requested exams asking for a quote to have a base so far so good
When I went to the place to do the exams I was surprised because they charged the highest amount
I asked and they informed that they would pass the case on to management and so far I have not received a response.
In short
If someone asks for a quote, don't trust it because at the time they charge it's more and they don't give a plausible justification for charging more
I don't recommend it because if we can't trust a simple budget imagine us exams
Sorry for the professionals who are not directly involved but I don't recommend
Doctor who performed exams super attentive attendant ok but the information is totally mismatched

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doutor Carlos Eduardo é um excelente profissional, detalhista em todos os exames e muito cuidado com nossos bichinhos, tratamento muito bom com os animais, o grande problema é ter atendimento por telefone pelo hospital, atendem depois de muitas tentativas e pedem pra ligar mais tarde, quando você liga já não atendem mais
Doctor Carlos Eduardo is an excellent professional, detailed in all exams and very careful with our pets, very good treatment with animals, the big problem is having phone service by the hospital, they answer after many attempts and ask to call later, when you call they no longer answer
