Empresa não tem comprometimento com clientes comprei uma barca de açaí e um lanche, o lanche não veio e a barca de açaí veio impossível de comer liquido agua pura e ainda liguei para saber se o açaí viria em condições de comer por conta do valor e entrega e o atendente me garantiu q viria com consistência de comer.
liguei para reclamar e pedi o estorno do lanche q não foi entregue e o mesmo se negou a fazer dizendo que eu teria que reclamar e solicitar o estorno para o Ifood.

The company has no commitment to customers, I bought an açaí boat and a snack, the snack did not come and the açaí boat came impossible to eat liquid pure water and I even called to see if the açaí would be able to eat due to the value and delivery and the attendant assured me that it would come with the consistency of eating.
I called to complain and asked for the refund of the snack that was not delivered and the same refused to do so saying that I would have to complain and request a refund to Ifood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi o açaí as 16h25, são 18h41 e não chegou o açaí. Precisei cancelar e com muita insistência no ifood, aceitaram meu cancelamento. Eu até entendo que só tem 1 motoboy, mas duvido muito que demore 2 horas e 20 pra conseguir dar conta de 2 açai de 300 ml.
I ordered açaí at 4:25 pm, it is 6:41 pm and the açaí didn't arrive. I had to cancel and very insistently on ifood, they accepted my cancellation. I even understand that there is only 1 motorcycle courier, but I very much doubt that it will take 2 hours and 20 hours to handle 2 300 ml açaí.
