Levei na concessionária autorizada da ford aqui em Teresina Piauí (antares) e me enviaram um orçamento de 13.000 reais e estão negando a garantia que eu seinque tenho de 10 anos. A ford deu essa garantia pois esse câmbio é muito problemático e eles (da antares) estão alegando que o problema não é do módulo tcm e alegando que a garantia era de 7 anos e que acabou em 2020. Já pesquisei tudo sobre esse câmbio e sei de todos esses problemas e sei que eu tenho todo o direito e a garantia que a ford deu para os clientes, se continuarem a me negar a garantia e resolver o problema, vou procurar meios judiciais, sei que tenho toda jurisprudência a meu favor e tenho certeza que na justiça ganho, agora para evitar isso espero que eles resolvam se não toda a imprensa ficará sabendo do caso e terão que me ver na justiça.
I have a new fiesta 2013/2014 that had problems with the known powershift exchange. I took it to the authorized ford dealership here in Teresina Piauí (antares) and they sent me a budget of 13,000 reais and they are denying the guarantee I have for 10 years. Ford gave this guarantee because this exchange is very problematic and they (from Antares) are claiming that the problem is not with the tcm module and claiming that the guarantee was for 7 years and that it ended in 2020. I've already researched everything about this exchange and I know of all these problems and I know that I have every right and the guarantee that ford gave to the customers, if they continue to deny me the guarantee and solve the problem, I will seek legal means, I know that I have all the jurisprudence in my favor and I have I'm sure I win in court, now to avoid that I hope they decide if not the entire press will be aware of the case and will have to see me in court.
