Não demorei muito para pedir aqui também, e nas duas vezes que pedi recebemos elas muito rápido. Estão de parabéns, uniram sabor, qualidade e rapidez de entrega!!
Simply wonderful pizzas! The thin dough is differentiated. I got to know Forneria Original in Rio and it was a pleasant surprise to know that it arrived here in Cabo Frio. It didn't take me long to order here either, and both times I ordered we got them very quickly. Congratulations, they united flavor, quality and speed of delivery!!

The pizza that was sent the first time was good. On my second order the pizza came all burnt on top and the taste was not good at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao basta ter um bom produto e o ATENDIMENTO E RESPEITO AO CLIENTE DEIXAREM A DESEJAR. Pizza muito boa e de vallr bem alto tambem. Porem fiquri muito DECEPCIONADA num pedido na ultima sexta no qual fizeram questao de NAO ENVIAREM um kit de capsulas de cafe que era BRINDE na comprar de qualquer pizza durante o mes . Comlrei um combo pelo site, na obs do pedido ao pedir mustarda briquei e falei para "naobesquecerem do cafe ,) pois bem, nao enviaram mandaram recado po entregador decque eu naobteria direito. Entrei em contato na central e a desculpa foi que nao solicitei ( se e um BRINDE nao era necessario solitar e ja havia comentado na obs). Depois de muita burocracia como se fosse um diamante a central afirmou que estariamntrazendo NOBDIA SEGUINTE QUANDO HOUVESSE ENTREGA PERTO DE MIM. Nao trouxeram, naobderamMUITO FEIO por parte da loja CABO FRIO. Destoa totalmente do padrao que tentam.manter. Perderamnum cliente por um detalhe que fez a diferenca. Mas pelo descaso deles, nao fez diferença a minima!
It is not enough to have a good product and CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPECT LEAVE TO BE DESIRED. Very good pizza and very high value too. However I was very DISAPPOINTED in an order last Friday in which they made a point of NOT SENDING a kit of coffee capsules that was a GIFT when buying any pizza during the month. I bought a combo through the site, in the order note when I asked for mustard, I joked and said to "don't forget about the coffee,) well, they didn't send a message by the delivery man that I wouldn't get right. I contacted the central and the excuse was that I didn't ask ( if it is a GIFT, it was not necessary to ask for it and I had already commented in the obs.) After a lot of bureaucracy as if it were a diamond, the central stated that they would be bringing the NEXT NOBDIA WHEN THERE WAS DELIVERY NEAR ME. It totally deviates from the pattern they try.to maintain.They lost a customer for a detail that made a difference.But because of their neglect, it didn't make any difference!
