Enviei as fotos por email um dia antes, me informaram que as fotos ficariam prontas no dia seguinte as 10h00.
Esperei por quase 01 hora, de repente a pessoa que estava me atendendo sumiu.
Informaram que ele tinha ido em outro lugar buscar as fotos, mas ninguém sabia informar ao certo onde.
Um descaso com o cliente, falta de respeito e atendimento péssimo
Terrible attendance.
I emailed the photos the day before, informed me that the photos would be ready the next day at 10:00.
I waited for almost 1 hour, suddenly the person who was attending me disappeared.
They reported that he had gone elsewhere to fetch the photos, but no one knew for sure where.
A neglect with the customer, lack of respect and poor service

Atendentes mau educadas debochadas e aconteceu um ocorrido deles revelar uma foto a mais, eles preferiram rasgar a foto do que dar achei está atitude muito miserável, percebo que as avaliações boas são mais antigas o que indica que teve mudanças para pior no decorrer dos anos, foi a primeira e a última vez que vou nesse lugar e não recomendo para ninguém!!!!
Too bad!!! Badly polite attendants mocked and it happened that they revealed an extra photo, they preferred to tear the photo up than give it, I found this attitude very miserable, I realize that the good reviews are older, which indicates that there have been changes for the worse over the years, it was the first and the last time I go to this place and I do not recommend it to anyone !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo as atendentes com cara feia ficaram cochichando e olhando com pouco caso parece que está fazendo algum favor extremamente sem educação um pouco que estive neste lugar me senti muito mal. Sem querer eles revelaram uma foto a mais e preferiu rasgar do que dar, além de que das vinte fotos que revelei duas ficaram com cor borrada nunca mais coloco o meu pé nesse lugar e não indico para ninguém!
Terrible the attendants with ugly faces were whispering and looking with little case it seems that they are doing some favor extremely uneducated a little that I was in this place I felt very bad. They unintentionally revealed one more photo and preferred to tear it up rather than give it, and out of the twenty photos I developed, two were blurred and I never put my foot in that place again and I don't recommend it to anyone!

After walking all over Marechal looking for someone to take a passport photo for a visa, I found this store. I was attended by a very polite and attentive gentleman. I recommend!
