★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preconceito, foi o que sofri nesse estabelecimento. Gosto muito do café e do sorvete do Freddo no Shopping Rio mar Recife. Sempre que estou no shopping procuro passar lá, porém nesse dia 27/03/2018 me decepcionei. Estava de camiseta bermuda e chinelo. Pedi o normalmente preço um café expresso. Sempre levam na mesa em que estou porém nesse dia gritaram de longe, "Senhor, está pronto". Exatamente antes levaram na mesa de 3 mulheres "brancas e bem vestidas", e logo após levaram exatamente o mesmo pedido que o meu para outra mesa. Outro detalhe bandeja com os copos de plástico para mim e copinhos de vidro e porcelana para outros. Enfim, não frequentarei mais vou para qualquer outro café mas no Freddo não mais.
 Prejudice, that's what I suffered at this establishment. I like Freddo's coffee and ice cream at Shopping Rio Mar Recife. Whenever I'm at the mall, I try to go there, but that day 27/03/2018 I was disappointed. He was in a shorts and a slipper. I ordered the usually priced espresso. They always carry on the table where I am, but on that day they shouted from afar, "Lord, it is ready." Exactly before they took three white and well-dressed women to the table, and then they took exactly the same request as mine to another table. Another detail tray with plastic cups for me and glass and porcelain cups for others. Anyway, I will not go to any other coffee but at Freddo no more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo antedimento dos funcionários. Específicamente de uma moça tatuada, que não me recordo o nome. Apesar do sorvete ser bom, o atendimento é péssimo. Não sinto vontade de retornar ao estabelecimento. Acredito que o bem estar e bom relacionamento com o cliente é fundamental. Lamentável.
Antedimento lousy employee. Specifically from a tattooed girl, I don't remember the name. Although the ice cream is good, the service is terrible. I do not feel like returning to the establishment. I believe that the well being and good relationship with the customer is fundamental. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi uma das piores experiências que já tive. Houvi muito falar sobre o sabor de doce de leite e fui lá para experimentá-los. Já achei estranho de cara pois os sorvetes não ficam expostos, até ai tudo bem. Quando eu pedi para experimentar a atendente já fez cara de poucos amigos e não foi nada simpática. Eu queria experimentar vários sabores para decidir qual iria tomar, faço isso em todas as sorveterias que eu vou. Quando eu pedi para experimentar o terceiro sabor, a moça não me deu e disse que só podia experimentar 2 sabores por cliente, o pior foi a forma como ela falou, como se eu estivesse pedindo um favor. Fiquei tão irritada com o atendimento ruim da moça que quase ia embora sem levar o sorvete. Para decidir o sabor eu simplesmente escolhi um chocolate qualquer e um dos doce de leite que por sinal estava sem cremosidade nenhuma.
It was one of the worst experiences I ever had. I had a lot to talk about the taste of dulce de leche and went there to try them. I found it strange at first because the ice cream is not exposed, so far so good. When I asked to try the attendant already made a few friends face and was not friendly at all. I wanted to try several flavors to decide which one to take, I do this in all the ice cream shops I go to. When I asked to try the third taste, the girl did not give me and said she could only try 2 flavors per customer, the worst was the way she spoke, as if I was asking a favor. I was so pissed off at the girl's poor service that I almost left without taking the ice cream. To decide the flavor I simply chose some chocolate and one of the dulce de leche, which by the way had no creaminess at all.

The best dulce de leche ice cream I've ever had in my life. It's a phenomenally good thing. Anyone who likes ice cream has to try it. The service is wonderful and the spaces are beautiful. It's the best experience for an ice cream lover. I recommend trying it out.
