Sempre que preciso de algum acessório ou manutenção só confio com eles.
Troquei minha bateria o atendimento foi super rápido e eu nem precisei sair de casa. O aparelho foi retirado e entregue na minha residência. Sem falar na agilidade da troca, foi muitooo rápido.

Cheguei por indicação e depois de ler as avaliações fui presencialmente levar meu celular que havia dado pane. Fui bem recebida, bem atendida e muito bem acessória. Tudo me foi explicado.
O celular deu um trabalhinho mas eles conseguiram identificar e o concerto foi realizado.
Inclusive é dele que estou relatando a minha experiência que foi ótima em todos os aspectos!
Eles não somente solucionaram o que era um problema refere ao celular mas deram toda atenção e suporte em se fazer entender o que estava havendo o que para mim como leiga no assunto, foi fundamental.

O atendimento deles é impecável! Ricardo me explicou tudo o que houve com o celualr e Erick que é o dono, foi de uma atenção incrível...

Fui muito bem recebida e os profissionais são excelentes, já há uns 3 anos sou cliente e nem penso em outra assistência técnica, embora possa existir tantos outros profissionais bons no mercado , garanto a vocês que os profissionais da Get Phone ainda são os melhores e fazem toda a diferença, desde a recepção até o laboratório que eles possuem... trabalhando ao vivo e a cores, é muito interessante porque dá para acompanhar muitas vezes como eles trabalham e mais... eles sempre explicam direitinho o que está acontecendo de errado no aparelho e o que eles podem fazer para corrigir o defeito. A troca foi feita rapidamente e em menos de duas horas eu pude mexer novamente no aparelho para testes. Funcionou perfeitamente e me deram uma garantia de 6 meses em caso de problemas futuros
Como trabalho com o celular, não poderia perder muito tempo e graças ao pessoal da Get Phones deu tudo certo!
I had problems with my display and went to the store as soon as it opened. I was very well received and oriented regarding the device problems.
