Quase alugamos um ap na imobiliária, processo foi demorado, burocrático, usando no contrato apenas parte da lei do inquilinato que interessava. Vincularam o fechamento do contrato a uma taxa de vistoria cara e que não é prevista em lei. Quando desistimos do negócios e buscamos os documentos, falaram que agora sim não precisaria mais pagar essa taxa. Muita dor de cabeça e tempo perdido

We almost rented an apartment at the real estate agency, the process was time-consuming, bureaucratic, using only part of the tenancy law that was of interest in the contract. They linked the closing of the contract to an expensive inspection fee that is not provided for by law.
