Mas isso nao tira o valor do atendimento gostei e voltarei

Levei o veículo para alinhar porém deixei ele fora de loja e entrei a pé. Nem se quer perguntaram se precisava de atendimento ou algo, simplesmente ignoraram.
Terrible attendance!
I took the vehicle to align but left it outside the store and entered on foot. They didn't even ask if I needed assistance or anything, they just ignored it.

Terrible, bad service, they made a verbal budget and didn't comply, they charged a lot more than what was said, I don't recommend it, worst place I've ever taken my car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri 4 pneus remold, um apresentou bolha, fui trocar e alegou que foi buraco.
Sendo que no dia a dia, não exponho os pneus e no carro anda somente 2 pessoas.
Sei que o pneu remold se corre esse risco afinal carcaça já bem estressada, mas e mais fácil o comércio jogar esse responsabilidade no colo do consumidor.
Bom, fiz um PROCON.
Esse comercio não indico.
I bought 4 remold tires, one had a bubble, I went to change it and claimed it was a hole.
Since on a daily basis, I don't expose the tires and only 2 people ride in the car.
I know that the remold tire runs this risk, after all, the carcass is already well stressed, but it is easier for the trade to throw this responsibility on the consumer's lap.
Well, I made a PROCON.
I do not recommend this trade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, gastei 1700 reais a toa, cheguei com o carro batendo suspensao, fez o diagnostico incorreto, fizeram eu trocas as duas bandejas completas, sendo q o principal problema era nos batentes, continuou com a batedeira, e ainda por cima conseguiram estragar o rolamento da roda, pois nao fazia barulho, agora vou ter que gastar mais e o carro continua na mesma, nao indico, alem de tudo, de tanto testar o carro pq nao arrumaram, acabou com minha gasolina, tive q ir buscar a pé , nem se prontificaram em me levar no posto, pessimo de verdade, estou arrependido, merecia um procon.
