★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha o atendimento pelo Whatsapp se não conseguem atender não passem o contato, demorou um dia pra só me responder se fazia o produto agora estou esperando por um orçamento que se quer me responderam se iam fazer pra mim é quando me mandariam. Vergonha não dar a menor satisfação!!
A shame the service by Whatsapp if they can't answer don't pass the contact, it took a day to just answer me if I made the product now I'm waiting for a quote that if you want to answer me if they were going to do it for me is when they would send me. Shame not to give the slightest satisfaction !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os atendentes sao muito educados, a impressão tem uma boa qualidade e bom preço, a única coisa que fica a desejar é o atendimento muito lento via whatsapp, que mesmo solicitando o serviço ao chegar na loja em todas as vezes que solicitei impressão nao estava pronto.

Enviei um pedido, me cobraram 50% do valor antecipado e depois de uma semana mandando muitas mensagens sem resposta, me disseram que nem tinham começado a produzir pq alguém abriu o e-mail e esqueceu de mandar pra produção.
Estou há 08 dias tentando receber de volta o valor pago e não me dão retorno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade dos produtos em si é muito boa! As impressões são perfeitas, no entanto existem critérios que pode melhorar. Alguma das vezes que estive na gráfica o atendimento deixou muito a desejar, percebi que alguns dos atendentes não prestavam a devida atenção no que eu havia buscado.
O mesmo não posso dizer da equipe interna (arte gráfica) foram os melhores profissionais que já encontrei! Lamento muito que o pesaoal do atendimento em algumas das vezes tenham sido seco.
Outro ponto lamentável é o serviço de atendimento pelo Whatsapp, extremamente demorado! Passei uma tarde inteira aguardando resposta e nada! Tive de ir pessoalmente até a gráfica.
Recomendo demais pela qualidade do produto e dedicação dos designers. Mas os pontos negativos citados devem melhorar. Otimizem esses pontos negativos, um atendimento mais atencioso só tem a agregar.
The quality of the products themselves is very good! The impressions are perfect, however there are criteria that can be improved. Some of the times I was at the print shop the service left a lot to be desired, I noticed that some of the attendants did not pay enough attention to what I had been looking for.
The same cannot be said for the internal team (graphic art) they were the best professionals I've ever encountered! I am very sorry that the staff of the service in some of the times have been dry.
Another regrettable point is the whatsapp service, extremely time consuming! I spent an entire afternoon waiting for an answer and nothing! I had to personally go to the print shop.
I highly recommend it for the quality of the product and dedication of the designers. But the mentioned negative points should improve. Optimize these negative points, a more attentive service only has to add.
