★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que tive na vida. Fui fazer a troca de uma peça, quando cheguei havia 4 vendedoras em frente a loja. Ao ver a sacola da Hering nas minhas mãos e já desconfiando ser uma troca, duas delas foram para o interior da loja e nenhuma das outras duas me atendeu. Eu que tive que chamar uma das vendedoras. Cheguei querendo trocar o tamanho de uma camisa G para GG e já me informou que não tinha. Não me deu nenhuma outra opção. Como vi que estava incomodando fui embora. Horas depois fui na Hering da Ponta da Praia em Santos, fui muito bem atendido. Além da troca comprei 4 camisas básicas e 2 shorts .
Worst service I've ever had. I went to change a part, when I arrived there were 4 salespeople in front of the store. Upon seeing the Hering bag in my hands and already suspecting it was an exchange, two of them went inside the store and none of the other two answered me. I had to call one of the salespeople. I arrived wanting to change the size of a shirt G to GG and already informed me that I didn't have one. It gave me no other option. As I saw that it was bothering me, I left. Hours later I went to Hering da Ponta da Praia in Santos, I was very well attended. In addition to the exchange I bought 4 basic shirts and 2 shorts.
