Sai da zona leste de São Paulo para efetuar uma troca, anteriormente entrei em contato com a funcionária e a mesma me informou que tinha o produto e que sim era possível realizar a troca.
Porém quando cheguei fui informado que o produto não poderia ser trocado nessa unidade, pois tratasse de um franquia.
Bruna...15 segundos falando contigo...e ficou muito claro os sinais de mentira em seus olhos.
Estude um pouco mais, como mentir para uma pessoa que no caso poderia ser tornar seu cliente.
Disappointed with the store, and specifically with the employee Bruna.
I left the east side of São Paulo to make an exchange, previously I contacted the employee and she informed me that she had the product and that yes it was possible to carry out the exchange.
However, when I arrived, I was informed that the product could not be exchanged at this unit, as it was a franchise.
Bruna...15 seconds talking to you...and the signs of lying in her eyes were very clear.
Study a little more, how to lie to a person who in the case could become your client.
