I left my printer that did not recognize budget cartridges with original cartridges and magically handed me the printer with empty cartridges (they claimed they were already empty), seriously a store that needs to do this should not be open DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRINTERS LA, MAGICALLY ABLE SUMMING ANY PIECE

Levei minha impressora pra fazer um orçamento com os cartuchos intactos, carregados tinha comprado 4 cartuchos novos na Kalunga 3 dias antes e ao retirar a impressora os cartuchos estavam vazios, alegaram que não tinha tinta
Não indico essa loja pra ninguém
Os Cartuchos são novos sem uso tenho nota fiscal da compra não adianta falarem que estavam usados pq não estavam não,
Ainda precisam mentir falando que estava descarregado o cartucho ?
Vcs são péssimos
Não são profissionais

I took my printer to make a budget with the cartridges intact, loaded I had bought 4 new cartridges at Kalunga 3 days before and when removing the printer the cartridges were empty, they claimed that there was no ink
I don't recommend this store to anyone
The cartridges are new, unused, I have an invoice for the purchase, it is useless to mention that they were used because they were not,
Do you still need to lie saying that the cartridge was unloaded?
You guys are terrible
They are not professionals
