★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem luz banheiro, atendimento ruim, café da manhã é regrado a quantidade de alimentos por pessoa, acústica ruim sendo assim todos os sons externos é possível escutar, não tem acessibilidade para deficiente físicos, quartos velhos.
 There is no bathroom light, bad service, breakfast is regulated the amount of food per person, bad acoustics so all outside sounds can be heard, there is no accessibility for the disabled, old rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel possui uma boa localização no centro da cidade. O estacionamento na frente é seguro e uma ótima opção para guardar o carro . O preço de estadia é acessível e o quarto possui conforto adequado. Como ponto negativo preciso mencionar que a pessoa que trabalha servindo o café da manhã não estava usando máscara. Sabemos que é extremamente necessário o uso de mascaras em qualquer ambiente na situação atual de pandemia. Deixo claro que não é uma crítica à profissional ou ao seu trabalho, mas a um controle maior do hotel em relação a isso.
The hotel has a good location in the city center. Parking at the front is secure and a great option to store your car. The stay price is affordable and the room has adequate comfort. As a negative point I must mention that the person who works serving breakfast was not wearing a mask. We know that it is extremely necessary to use masks in any environment in the current pandemic situation. I make it clear that it is not a criticism of the professional or her work, but of a greater control of the hotel in relation to this.

No water, when the water arrived the next morning it was very muddy! Good service but the rest left something to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel deveria investir mais no conforto dos hóspedes e no cuidado com os quartos. O quarto que fiquei era velho, com chuveiro entupido, que foi limpo depois que reclamei. A TV do quarto tinha uma baratinha morta que deixei lá pra ver se alguém tiraria e ficou lá por 3 dias que foi o meu tempo de estadia.
Ar condicionado com barulho.
Meu conselho: melhorem a estrutura do hotel, pois o ponto é bom, mas o conforto fica a desejar
The hotel should invest more in guest comfort and room care. The room I stayed in was old, with a clogged shower, which was cleaned after I complained. The bedroom TV had a dead cockroach that I left there to see if anyone would take it off and it stayed there for 3 days, which was my time of stay.
Air conditioning with noise.
My advice: improve the structure of the hotel, as the point is good, but the comfort is to be desired

Os motéis estavam todos fechados.
