★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei da tratamento, divergência do preço do veículo na placa e quando vai no sistema valores maiores, sem nenhuma preocupação em atende ao cliente.
I didn't like the treatment, the divergence of the vehicle's price on the license plate and when the system shows higher values, without any concern for serving the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me venderam um óleo como sendo Ultra 5w30 e na verdade e o óleo antigo comum, o pior e o valor mais caro como se fosse o modelo Ultra . Se isso for nas duas lojas , todo mundo está pagando caro por algo inferior . Tô fora de revisão na Hyundai . Garantia só balela .
I was sold an oil as being Ultra 5w30 and in fact it is the common old oil, the worst and the most expensive value as if it were the Ultra model. If this is in both stores , everyone is paying dearly for something inferior . I'm out of review at Hyundai. Warranty just bullshit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei pra fazer a revisão de 3 anos do meu hb20s, ao buscar após a revisão percebi que a tampa que fica em cima da manopla de marcha estava quebrada, indaguei o que aconteceu e a loja afirmou que já estaria assim, insinuou que já tinha levado quebrado, não tem lógica um carro novo ta com a peça quebrada, não tem nem precisão do proprietário mexer nessa peça quanto mais quebrar. Estou muito insatisfeito, fiquei no prejuizo, não farei mais as demais revisões, já que é mais propício a ter dano levando do que não levando.
I took it to have my hb20s serviced for 3 years, when looking for it after the service I noticed that the cover that is on top of the gear knob was broken, I asked what happened and the store said it would already be like this, insinuated that it had already taken broken, it makes no sense to have a new car with a broken part, there is no need for the owner to move this part, let alone break it. I am very dissatisfied, I was at a loss, I will not do the other revisions anymore, since it is more likely to have damage taking than not taking it.
