★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Não cumpre com sua palavra. Não contrate . Sr . Ed ,não responde cliente de forma educada. Acha que está fazendo favor, afinal estamos comprando um produto, e educação é tudo. Ainda bem que encontrei a empresa Portal do PVC , e já instalei com eles. Eles realmente tratam o cliente com se deve. Pois, estamos pagando pelo serviço, e não estão fazendo um favor. Aprenda a tratar melhor seus clientes Sr. Ed.
Resposta sobre o quê a empresa disse sobre mim: eu tenho às mensagem perguntando sobre o horário da visita que dava sim, pra avaliar às medidas , mas o tal técnico não quis fazer às medições. Quanto a remarcar ele falou por telefone que talvez viria, e quando mandei mensagem ñ respondeu. Ele sabia que o imóvel é da minha irmã, e foi ela que informou pra ele vir outro dia , informando que poderia marcar comigo. Quem não sabe tratar um cliente é o Sr. ED, que tenho às mensagens não respondidas do mesmo. Aprendam, não é favor! É negócio! Ninguém pediu nada de graça, e nem desconto!
Terrible attendance! You don't keep your word. Do not hire. Mr. Ed does not respond politely to the customer. Do you think you are doing a favor, after all we are buying a product, and education is everything. Glad I found the company Portal do PVC , and already installed it with them. They really treat the customer as if they should. Yeah, we're paying for the service, and they're not doing you a favor. Learn to treat your customers better Mr. Ed.
Answer about what the company said about me: I have the message asking about the time of the visit that I could do, to evaluate the measurements, but the technician did not want to take the measurements. As for rescheduling, he said on the phone that he might come, and when I texted he didn't answer. He knew that the property belongs to my sister, and she was the one who informed him to come another day, informing him that he could make an appointment with me. The one who doesn't know how to treat a customer is Mr. ED, who has the same unanswered messages. Learn, not a favor! It's business! Nobody asked for anything for free, nor a discount!
