Precisava comer alguma coisa, pois já estava passando mal, ela muito gentil pediu meu nome e ligou para o biomédico que iria fazer o exame, e a resposta seria que eu aguardasse 30
Minutos. Pois bem, resumindo.... fui atendida as 11:55, fiquei na outra sala aguardando o exame que durou em torno de 10/15 minutos’ sai do instituto as 12:25 e sem um pedido de desculpas ou explicação pelo atraso.
O que é pior, eu tentar pedir uma informação e me tratarem com cara feia! Pretendo nunca mais voltar lá, a não ser que meu convênio UNIMED nao disponibilize outro local.
