★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal em relação a IEL é a ferramenta excelente pra receber encaminhamento rápido e participar de processos seletivos. O problema é que a maioria das empresas são INJUSTAS pois só dão prioridade à quem tem experiência na área, msm sendo ESTÁGIO, e fazem o candidato gastar tempo, dinheiro e entrevista eles, pra depois nem dar um retorno e se der é via email. Eu já fiz mais de 10 entrevistas e embora eles dizem que tenho perfil pra vaga, eles não dão oportunidade. Então a IEL realmente encaminha currículos, mas as empresas só dão oportunidade pra experientes mesmo. COMO ELES QUEREM EXPERIÊNCIA SE NÃO DÃO OPORTUNIDADE? A CONTA NÃO BATE.
Personal in relation to IEL is an excellent tool to receive quick referrals and participate in selection processes. The problem is that most companies are UNFAIR because they only give priority to those who have experience in the area, even being an INTERNSHIP, and they make the candidate spend time, money and interview them, and then not even give a return and if they do, it's via email. I've done more than 10 interviews and although they say I have a profile for the job, they don't give me the opportunity. So IEL really sends CVs, but companies only give opportunities to experienced ones. HOW DO THEY WANT EXPERIENCE IF THEY DON'T GIVE OPPORTUNITY? ACCOUNT DOES NOT MATCH.
