★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa, por várias vezes ( mais de um ano) ficam mandando mensagens oferecendo cursos que eu não quero! Já pedi diversas vezes para que tirem o meu número sem sucesso! Fora que os cursos são péssimos!
Company, several times (more than a year) they keep sending messages offering courses that I don't want! I've asked them several times to remove my number to no avail! Other than that the courses are terrible!

Minha filha fechou o curso de maquiagem enquanto aguardava abrir uma turma para fazer o de hotelaria (conforme prometeram que seria rápido)
Pois após 3 meses (e o de hotelaria nada de começar) ela arrumou um emprego em horário que não seria possível continuar o curso de maquiagem.
Fomos trancar, mas para isso ela precisa continuar pagando as mensalidades (? ??♀️?) que absurdo, nem em faculdade é assim.
E para fechar o curso cobraram uma multa de 377,00 ???
Material didático 4 x R$49,90 = 199,60, e ela só recebEu uma apostila que não vale 10,00, o restante ela teve que comprar tudo.
Quando a matriculei sabia que a escola não tinha qualidade, mas não imaginava que fosse tão ruim. Eles se garantem em clausulas de contrato para poder receber essas multas e acredito que ganham mais nas desistências do que no curso em si, ja que não tem qualidade para manter os alunos.
Na hora de matricular até avisam que tem multa caso desista, mas a ênfase maior é na coação de fechar logo a matricula para não perder o desconto, falam no tipo:
"se derem qualquer quantia hoje ja garanto o curso neste valor a vocês" ou "Esse valor promocional é somente hoje, precisa assinar o contrato hoje"
Pois eu caí nessa e no dia seguinte me enviaram no whatsapp uma outra promoção mais barato ainda, ou seja, tudo caô que ia perder desconto, isso é coagir as pessoas para fechar as pressas o curso.
Fiquei uma semana solicitando contato do dpto financeiro para entender essa multa, pois era a mais do que os 10% que estava em contrato.
Ou seja, no final descobri que o material que me enviaram 4 boletos era apenas 1x49,90, e estavam cobrando 60,00 a mais na multa.
Acabei pagando para encerrar a dor de cabeça e raiva que tive em cair nesta cilada, mas deixo aqui meu alerta. NÃO FECHEM COM ESTA EMPRESA, o barato sai caro e os cursos não valem a pena.

My daughter closed the makeup course while waiting for a class to open to do the hotel business (as they promised it would be fast)
After 3 months (and the hotel business hasn't started yet) she got a job at a time when it wouldn't be possible to continue her makeup course.
We went to lock up, but for that she needs to keep paying the tuition (? ??♀️?) How absurd, not even in college it's like that.
And to close the course they charged a fine of 377.00 ???

When I enrolled her, I knew the school was not of good quality, but I didn't imagine it was that bad. They guarantee themselves in contract clauses to be able to receive these fines and I believe they earn more in dropouts than in the course itself, since it does not have the quality to keep students.
When enrolling, they even warn that there is a fine if you drop out, but the biggest emphasis is on the coercion to close the enrollment soon so you don't miss the discount, they say like:
"If you give any amount today, I guarantee you the course at this price" or "This promotional value is only for today, you need to sign the contract today"
Well, I fell for that and the next day they sent me another promotion on whatsapp that was even cheaper, that is, everything caô that was going to lose a discount, this is coercing people to close the course in a hurry.
I spent a week requesting contact from the financial department to understand this fine, as it was more than the 10% that was in the contract.
That is, in the end I found out that the material they sent me 4 tickets was only 1x49.90, and they were charging 60.00 more in the fine.
I ended up paying to end the headache and anger I had at falling into this trap, but I leave my warning here. DO NOT CLOSE WITH THIS COMPANY, the cheap is expensive and the courses are not worth it.

Quando fui fechar o curso de auxiliar de veterinário, prometeram estágio durante e não foi nada do q aconteceu.
Chegando no final do curso, eu e minha turma começamos a cobrar e vieram as desculpas... e no fim conseguiram parceria para visitação. Depois q acabou foi disponibilizada somente 3 visitações, aos sábados e sem opções de outras datas ou horários, como trabalho com escala não consegui ir em nenhuma. Sendo que esse tipo de curso é necessário vivenciar, ter experiências.
Demorei para pegar meu certificado, por estar bem chateada com essa situação. Quando cheguei informei o que houve, o responsável veio falar comigo, se mostrou interessado em me respaldar, pegou meu número e na mesma hora disse que mandou um oi (q estou esperando até agora kkk) e por final ainda queriam me empurrar outro curso.
NAO INDICO PARA NINGUEM. SEM ESTRUTURA TOTAL!

When I went to close the veterinary assistant course, they promised an internship during and nothing happened.
Towards the end of the course, my class and I started to charge and the excuses came... and in the end they managed to get a partnership for visitation. After it was over, only 3 visits were made available, on Saturdays and without options for other dates or times, as I work with a scale I couldn't go to any. Being that this type of course is necessary to experience, to have experiences.
It took me a while to get my certificate, because I was very upset about this situation. When I arrived, I informed what happened, the person in charge came to talk to me, was interested in supporting me, took my number and immediately said he said hi (which I'm still waiting for lol) and finally they still wanted to push me another course.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. NO FULL STRUCTURE!
