★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cheguei a ser atendido, mas tive uma experiência muito ruim. Primeiro descobri que tinha outra pessoa marcada no mesmo horário. Após esperar 55 minutos para ser atendido, perguntei o que estava acontecendo à secretária quando esta e outra senhora que lá estava (aparentemente com algum parentesco com o médico) me surpreenderam com uma série de desfeitas num tom muito grosseiro. Falaram que lá é "assim mesmo", que se eu nunca tinha ido a um médico era assim que funcionava. Passaram então a manifestar uma série de insatisfações ao plano de Saúde AMIL / LINCX, etc. Saí de lá imediatamente, muito nervoso, e sem entender porque fui tratado tão mal. Lá não volto, e não recomendo, são desumanos!
I was not attended, but had a very bad experience. First I found out that someone else was scheduled at the same time. After waiting 55 minutes to be answered, I asked what was happening to the secretary when this and another lady there (apparently related to the doctor) surprised me with a series of undoing in a very rude tone. They said that there is "anyway" that if I had never been to a doctor that was how it worked. They then began to express a number of dissatisfactions to the AMIL / LINCX Health Plan, etc. I left immediately, very nervous, and not understanding why I was treated so badly. There I do not return, and I do not recommend, they are inhuman!
