★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iPhone & Cia é um dos achados da santa Ifigênia, pessoas gente boa, que sabem o que fazem e, principalmente, honestos! Esta última sendo uma raridade no ramo! Saí de casa certo de que precisaria trocar a base do meu celular pq não queria mais carregar, fui atendido pelo Ivan lá na IPhone e cia, que me explicou que era somente sujeira acumulada dentro do plug, em 5 min resolveu meu problema e sem cobrar nada! Certamente se tivesse levado em uma loja qualquer teriam me falado que precisaria trocar a base e me levariam uns 200 reais facilmente. Portanto, tá mais do que indicado!
 iPhone & Cia is one of the finds of holy Ifigênia, good people, who know what they do and, above all, honest! The latter being a rarity in the industry! I left the house certain that I would need to change the base of my cell phone because I didn't want to charge it anymore, I was attended by Ivan there on the IPhone and company, who explained to me that it was just dirt accumulated inside the plug, in 5 min he solved my problem and without charging nothing! Certainly if I had taken it in any store they would have told me that I would need to change the base and they would take me around 200 reais easily. So, it's more than indicated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 17 de maio fui na Santa efigenia, passei em quatro locais antes para avaliar o preço da tela do mei iphone8, e nesta loja foi o local que melhor fui atendido, os caras são extremamente profisionais, antes de dar o preço na cara e na lata como os outros fizeram, pegaram o celular para avaliação, fizeram testes e limpeza. Neste momento me senti seguro por conta das atitudes diferentes das utras lojas. Fiquei extremamente satifeito pelo atendimento e preço justo. Sempre indicarei esta empreza. On May 17th I went to Santa efigenia, I went to four places before to evaluate the price of the mei iphone8 screen, and this store was the place that I was best served, the guys are extremely professional, before giving the price to my face and can as the others did, took the cell phone for evaluation, did tests and cleaning. Infelizmente eu cai no golpe, eles dao duas opções pra vc retirar ir direto na loja ou envio pelo sedex mas o frete é por conta do premiado? eles sao fake news.. perdi $79,80 que foi o valor que foi cobrado do frete, em seguida me bloquearam.. seguem fotos ai , ainda bem que foi apenas esse valor. Eles jogam baixo. Fiquem atentos pessoal .
I received a message on Instagram informing me that I was drawn with an iPhone 11pro 256gb. Unfortunately I fell for the scam, they give you two options for you to pick it up going straight to the store or shipping by Fedex but the shipping is on behalf of the winner ? they are fake news.. I lost $79.80 which was the amount that was charged for shipping, then they blocked me.. follow photos there, I'm glad it was just that value. They play low. Stay tuned folks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com problemas desde FEVEREIRO de 2022 com essa loja. Enviei meu macbook para consertar e ele chegou sem o carregador (original) e com a caixa de som estourada. Pedi para emitirem uma nota fiscal para mim e estou sem respostas até hoje (MAIO/22). Os dois contatos que eu tenho não me retornam e eu não sei o que fazer mais a respeito.
I've been having problems since FEBRUARY 2022 with this store. I sent my macbook to be repaired and it arrived without the charger (original) and with the sound box blown. I asked for an invoice to be issued for me and I still have no answers (MAY/22). The two contacts I have don't get back to me and I don't know what else to do about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dão retorno. Consertaram iPhone meu, voltou a dar problema dentro da garantia, levei aparelho novamente, simplesmente não atendem as ligações e não respondem chamadas. Pagamos duas vezes pelo mesmo problema tem mais de 4 meses que está aguardando peças para conserto e até o momento nada.
They don't give back. They fixed my iPhone, the problem came back under warranty, I took the device again, they just don't answer calls and don't answer calls. We paid twice for the same problem, it's been more than 4 months waiting for parts to be repaired and so far nothing.
