★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente mais um atendimento confuso em que não foi possível resolver o meu problema, um celular com menos de 5 meses de uso (com garantia), teve um problema no touch id que aquece a uma temperatura muito alta e por conta disso apresentou risco sendo assim o mínimo motivo para ser recusado seu conserto sendo cobrado a compra de outro aparelho.
Unfortunately another confused service in which it was not possible to solve my problem, a cell phone with less than 5 months of use (with warranty), had a problem in the touch id that heats up to a very high temperature and because of that it presented a risk being so the minimum reason for refusing your repair being charged for the purchase of another device.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Na assistência, eles só resolvem problemas de hardware. A má vontade do cara da assistência é enormeeee...é como se a gente tivesse incomodando, sabe? Nenhuma disposição pra ajudar o cliente...a frase padrão é: tem que ligar no 0800. É só no 0800. Aqui não resolvemos..é 0800. Uma grande inutilidade.
Terrible attendance. In assistance, they only solve hardware problems. The bad will of the assistance guy is huge... it's as if we were bothering him, you know? No willingness to help the customer... the standard phrase is: you have to call the 0800. It's only the 0800. We don't solve it here.. it's 0800. A great uselessness.
