Ter compromisso com seus clientes e ressarcir itens de moradores que foram roubados ou comprometidos por erro da empresa. Como por exemplo a bicicleta de um amigo que foi roubada em um prédio onde a portaria está sob sua jurisdição.

Moro no prédio e esqueceram de dizer que ele sempre deixava a bike fora do local onde se guarda as bikes e ainda destrancada, ou seja, descumprindo a convenção, todos sabemos que esta rolando vários furtos de bicicletas na região. Mas a empresa de segurança ELETRÔNICA que é a culpada hehehehe. Malandro entra, pode ter alarme disparando, buzinando que sai em questão de segundos, ainda mais com a bike totalmente solta esperando para ser roubada. Tão achando que a empresa é de seguro hehehehe. Acho que a segurança tem que começar com os próprios moradores cumprindo as regras.
