Contra: Fica um pouco escondido no bairro do Ipsep e o ar condicionado não estava dando conta do espaço.
Pros: Spacious, beautiful, large kitchen.
Cons: It is a little hidden in the Ipsep neighborhood and the air conditioning was not able to cope with the space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um espaço mediano, de péssimo acesso. Mto calor, faltou higiene nos banheiros. Entre outros.problemas que presenciei, este foram até leves. Enfim nota 0, não recomendo a ninguém!
A medium space, with poor access. Mto heat, lacked hygiene in the bathrooms. Among other problems I witnessed were mild. Anyway note 0, would not recommend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço até bom... mas n gostei da dona do local "perambulando" pela festa. Além de quem loca o espaço tem que limpar para entregar, e a taxa que se paga não seria para isso?! ?
Space is good ... but I did not like the owner of the place "wandering" around the party. Besides who leases the space has to clean to deliver, and the fee you pay would not be for that ?! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cozinha e o salão são grandes mas, todo o ambiente é muito quente e os banheiros são estreitos, sem espaço pra quem tem bebê e precisa usar o trocador, por exemplo.
The kitchen and lounge are large, but the whole environment is very hot and the bathrooms are narrow, with no space for those who have a baby and need to use the changing table, for example.
