Fiz contato com a empresa por whatts dia 11/08/2021 solicitando um orçamento de um armário para um cômodo (quarto) , 3 dias depois recebi um retorno, informando que uma arquiteta entrara em contato, no dia 17/08/2021 recebi o contato da arquiteta dizendo que ira fazer o orçamento, contestei a demora e a justificativa foi que a demanda estava muita alta. Resumindo estou aguardando até hoje o orçamento. Logico que ja fiz com outro fornecedor, mas acho que vale o registro pela falta de respeito e profissionalismo por parte da empresa.
At vdd I'm recording my comment here, so that other people don't have the same unpleasant experience as mine. I contacted the company via whatts on 08/11/2021 requesting a budget for a closet for a room (bedroom), 3 days later I received a return, stating that an architect had contacted, on 08/17/2021 I received the contact the architect saying that she would do the budget, I contested the delay and the justification was that the demand was very high. In short, I'm still waiting for the budget. Of course I've already done it with another supplier, but I think it's worth registering because of the company's lack of respect and professionalism.
