Tenho um veículo adquirido Zero km com problemas não solucionados tais como ferrugem no teto. Veículo fez 2 anos de uso agora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por WHATSAPP péssimo, vendedor não demonstra interesse em atender bem o cliente e pelo telefone, além da demora ter sido de 20 minutos pra ser atendido, o vendedor ainda despachou a venda, me dando o telefone da outra concessionária da FORD na cidade para que eu comprasse lá. Resumo, não indico comprar peças com eles, o atendimento do vendedor faz com que o cliente se sinta rejeitado e não acolhido pela empresa!
Service by WHATSAPP is terrible, seller does not show interest in serving the customer well and on the phone, in addition to the 20-minute delay to be answered, the seller even dispatched the sale, giving me the phone of another FORD dealership in the city so that I shop there. Called ford in london they haven't heard of jaysa and said there a franchise not a main dealer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE PLEASE. WORSE DECISION IVE EVER MADE.
They lie about time limits and what there going to do. I was told they didnt want to call me and tell me they have done nothing the past 4 days because they didnt want my stress. Salesmen looks like hes just come out of prison. No one knows what there talking about. I'm so angry .liars theifs and no care for anyone else but there own pockets
