★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido ás 18:35 no aplicativo do Ifood. Já são 19:50 e o restaurante ainda não confirmou o meu pedido. Eles não aceitam que eu cancele o pedido. Não entregaram o pedido. Foi cobrado no meu cartão de credito o pedido.
Estou muito muito irritada, pois nem sei se eles vão aceitar meu pedido ou não. Não sei se vou receber.
Ligo no restaurante e ninguém atende. Uma palhaçada.
I placed an order at 18:35 on the Ifood app. It's already 19:50 and the restaurant still hasn't confirmed my order. They won't accept me canceling the order. They didn't deliver the order. My credit card was charged for the order.
I'm really, really angry because I don't even know if they're going to accept my request or not. I don't know if I'll get it.
I call the restaurant and no one answers. A clown.
