Liguei para lá as 8;00 da manha pedindo uma resistência da estufa marchesoni linha premium a vapor 220v. ele me pediu a foto da estufa e a foto da resistência, mesmo assim nao foi o suficiente para que ele me desse a INFORMAÇÃO se tinha a peça no estoque ou não. infelizmente eles não tem o mínimo de ética profissional e educação. ninguém te da um retorno ou te liga para dar a informação. muito pelo contrario eles ficam empurrando para um a responsabilidade que é do outro, desligaram o telefone na minha cara varias vezes, vendedores totalmente despreparados.
