★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aguentava mais de dor nas costas por dormir no meu sofa. Pesquisei para comprar uma base box simples em muitas lojas online e todas demoravam de 15 a 30 dias uteis para a entrega...já estava + que desanimada.
Até que novamente pesquisando, achei o celular da Juliana que dizia no face vender camas...box...colchões. Entrei em contato com ela pelo whatsapp só para me informar do valor e se ela tinha a base box que procurava. Sim! ela tinha. Desde o início fui muito bem atendida, moça muito educada e atenciosa, respondia sempre o mais rapido possivel minhas mensagens e teve a sensibilidade de entender o meu problema e minha necessidade, assim, entregou o box muito rapido. A todos que precisam comprar colchões, base box...recomendo sim a JM Colchões! Muito obrigada Juliana pelo atendimento humanizado!
I couldn't take any more back pain from sleeping on my sofa. I researched to buy a simple base box in many online stores and they all took 15 to 30 business days for delivery ... I was already + that discouraged.
Until again researching, I found Juliana's cell phone that said on the face selling beds ... box ... mattresses. I contacted her on whatsapp just to inform me of the value and if she had the base box she was looking for. Yes! she had. From the beginning I was very well attended, a very polite and attentive girl, she always responded as quickly as possible to my messages and had the sensitivity to understand my problem and my need, so she delivered the box very quickly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma base veio com os pesinhos mas não tem um mês que a base chegou ela está um lado mais baixo que o outro pedi nota fiscal falaram que iria vim com o produto e não veio solicitei várias vezes e nada agora estou com este problema e não tenho com quem falar a vendedora saio da empresa o telefone que me deu não atende simplesmente não consigo resolver o problema. Na minha opinião a empresa não manda nota fiscal para não se responsabilizar pelos defeitos estou decepcionada com o produto paguei a vista e estou a ver navios. Não comprem.
I bought a base that came with the weights but it hasn't been a month since the base arrived, it is one side lower than the other I asked for an invoice, they said it would come with the product and it didn't come, I requested it several times and nothing now I have this problem and it doesn't I have someone to talk to the saleswoman I leave the company the phone she gave me doesn't answer I just can't solve the problem. In my opinion the company does not send an invoice so as not to be responsible for the defects I am disappointed with the product I paid cash and I am seeing ships. Don't buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite sou de São Bernardo, achei o contato em um anuncio no facebook , onde conversei com uma moça Juliana que me atendeu super bem tirou minhas duvidas, que me indicou e vendeu uma cama box, o melhor de tudo que além do produto ser de excelente qualidade a entrega foi rápida e os entregadores levaram a cama até o local que eu indiquei em minha casa. Cinco meses que estou com produto e não tenho que reclamar.
