★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resolveram meu problema, porém são intransigentes quanto à forma de pagamento que é só em dinheiro, não aceitam cartão em hipótese alguma, na atual condição de mercado a empresa tem que se adaptar, jamais voltarei a fazer negócio com eles.
They solved my problem, but they are adamant the form of payment is only in cash, do not accept card under any circumstances, in the current market conditions the company has to adapt, I will never do business with them.

I'm their client, but I have not been around for a while. I left a printer for reasonably simple service and it took longer than I needed to get it fixed. They need to improve service.

Very bad store, poor quality equipment and lousy maintenance, I was waiting 3 months a simple piece. For the low value attract but not worth buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, empresa demorou 2 meses para consertar a impressora,e ainda não arrumaram , só tive dor de cabeça, vivem dando desculpas, cada uma mais esfarrapada que a outra, falta total de comprometimento com o cliente, jamais entro em algum site para reclamar ou difamar qualquer que seja a empresa, pois sei que la ha pais de família e dependem dos seus sustento.
Não tem problema, nunca mais coloco o pé em lugar de enganação de trabalhadores.
Bad experience, company took 2 months to fix the printer, and they still haven't fixed it, I just had a headache, they keep making excuses, each one more ragged than the other, total lack of commitment to the customer, I never go to any site to complain or defame whatever the company is, because I know that there are parents and depend on their livelihood.
No problem, I never put my foot in the place of deceiving workers.
