★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se negaram a trocar um sapato da minha filha que ficou apertado, apenas pelo fato da minha filha de 5 anos ter desenhado um coração na caixa. Compra no dia anterior, sapato em seu nenhum detalhe, apenas por causa da caixa de papelão que não faço questão de levar.
Péssimos empreendedores, precisam rever boas práticas para encantar os clientes.
They refused to change my daughter's shoe that was tight, just because my 5 year old daughter had drawn a heart on the box. Purchase the day before, shoe in no detail, just because of the cardboard box that I don't want to take.
Bad entrepreneurs, they need to review good practices to delight customers.
