 First time I go in to meet, I was totally dissatisfied with the amount of the product for the amount paid and not to mention the terrible service, bad-tempered and rude attendants.

É uma pena que a linha de chocolates meio amargos seja inexpressiva para o porte da marca. Recomendo.
Good products and good service. The values are above the average of chocolate franchises, but so is the quality.
It is a pity that the line of semisweet chocolates is inexpressive for the size of the brand. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A avaliação não é sobre a qualidade do chocolate, já que por ser uma franquia é tão bom quanto qualquer outra loja da marca. Mas a estrela solitária aqui em questão é pelo péssimo atendimento dos funcionários, sentimos que estávamos atrapalhando e pegamos apenas um ovo que compramos todo ano, o de 650gr clássicos que é incomparável, mas o resto da páscoa esse ano foi toda comprada na lindt. Recomendo passarem longe dessa loja que trata tão mal o cliente, como se tivesse fazendo um favor de atender e ir pra lindt no mesmo shopping que tem um atendimento 1000 vezes melhor.
The review is not about the quality of the chocolate, as it is a franchise as good as any other store of the brand. But the lone star here in question is the poor service of the staff, we felt that we were getting in the way and we only took one egg that we buy every year, the classic 650gr which is incomparable, but the rest of Easter this year was all bought at lindt. I recommend staying away from this store that treats the customer so badly, as if they were doing you a favor to serve and go to lindt in the same mall that has 1000 times better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice little place with coffee chocolate drinks, as well as artisanal chocolates. Beverages come with a shot of sparkling water as a palette cleanser as well as a petit four, which is a nice touch. Not too much seating, and if there are more than a hand full of people in there the place is packed, but they serve a good hot or cold beverage.
