★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz questão de vir aqui para que outros não sejam enganados, fiz o pedido as 13h30, expectativa de entrega depois de 1h, no horário previsto recebo notificação que o pedido saiu, 1h depois entro em contato com o restaurante pra saber se houve algum problema, sem resposta, mais 1h depois peço ajuda do ifood e cancelam o meu pedido, olhei na página do restaurante e estava fechado, ou seja, aceitam o pedido, comunicam que o pedido saiu para seguir as regras do aplicativo mas é mentira, depois cancelam e não eh possível dar um feedback pelo app. Não peço mais e deixo aqui meu relato para que outros pensem 2x e não sejam enganados igual.
I made a point of coming here so that others are not deceived, I placed the order at 1:30 pm, expected delivery after 1:00 am, at the scheduled time I receive notification that the order went out, 1:00 later I contact the restaurant to find out if there was any problem, no response, 1 hour later I ask for help from ifood and they cancel my order, I looked at the restaurant's page and it was closed, that is, they accept the order, they communicate that the order came out to follow the rules of the application but it's a lie, then they cancel and it is not possible to give feedback through the app. I don't ask for more and I leave my report here so that others can think twice and don't be fooled alike.
