★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pelo Ifood e houve uma situação muito constrangedora, pensei que seria agredida pelo entregador da pizzaria. Meu filho atendeu ao interfone onde o porteiro avisou sobre a entrega e eu fui receber, porém o entregador não esperou e foi embora. Através do chat falei com a pizzaria, onde fui informada que o boy veio mas não saiu ninguém e ele foi embora... Eu disse que era uma mentira pq eu tinha ido lá sim na portaria receber.. enfim, o motoboy retornou com a pizza e já foi logo se alterando falando que a mentirosa era eu com tom de voz alterada falando em gírias.. nunca passei por isso na minha vida, e não havia motivos para eu mentir que atendi ao interfone pois meu filho mesmo que atendeu e respondeu que eu ia receber. Cheguei a passar mal depois dessa situação de tanto nervoso que passei. Deixo claro que foi horrível essa entrega, e provavelmente não pedirei de novo pois fiquei com medo. Fiquei com medo até de dar a pizza p minha família pois aquele entregador estava tão furioso que pensei até que poderia ter feito alguma maldade com a pizza. É válido dizer que nunca fui a pizzaria, isso ocorreu de uma entrega então não sei como é o atendimento lá, mas depois te chamo @dinhoevangelista p saber como é lá pq se o atendimento for igual aos entregadores tenho certeza que jamais porei meus pés lá... É preciso analisar bem quem vamos contratar pois esse tipo de trabalho "motoboy" está sendo um dos principais nesse momento tão difícil e o mínimo é ser educado.

My son answered the intercom where the porter warned about the delivery and I went to receive it, but the delivery man did not wait and left. I said it was a lie because I had gone there at the reception desk ... anyway, the motoboy returned with pizza and it was soon changing saying that the liar was me with a changed tone of voice speaking in slang .. I never went through this in my life, and there was no reason for me to lie that I answered the intercom because my son answered and answered that I was going to receive. I got sick after this situation that I was so nervous. I make it clear that this delivery was horrible, and I probably won't ask again because I was scared. I was afraid to even give the pizza to my family because that delivery man was so furious that I even thought I could have done something wrong with the pizza. It is worth saying that I never went to the pizzeria, this was due to a delivery so I don't know how the service is there, but then I call you @dinhoevangelista p to know how it is there because if the service is the same as the delivery guys, I'm sure I'll never put my feet there ... It is necessary to analyze carefully who we are going to hire because this type of "motoboy" work is being one of the main ones in this very difficult moment and the minimum is to be polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi boa. Agora tem o serviço confuso, pizzas razoáveis, as vezes entrega pizzas fora do padrão, as vezes queimadas, as vezes cruas, esquecem a maquininha e com sabor trocado.
It was already good. Now the service is confusing, pizzas are reasonable, sometimes they deliver non-standard pizzas, sometimes they are burnt, sometimes they are raw, they forget the machine and have a different flavor.
