O prazo de entrega de resultado que era de 01 (um) dia, passou para 08 (oito) dias. Deixo registrado minha indignação pela falta de respeito e compromisso ao paciente. Apesar do profissionalismo das recepcionistas e coletoras, o laboratĂłrio nĂŁo correspondente a expectativa.
 The laboratory did not meet the deadline for releasing the result (reason for choosing this laboratory). The deadline for delivery of the result, which was 01 (one) day, changed to 08 (eight) days. I record my indignation at the lack of respect and commitment to the patient. Despite the professionalism of the receptionists and collectors, the laboratory did not live up to expectations.
