★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualidade do isopor péssimo, o meu o cara que estava enchendo a laje falou que era péssimo, o meu quebro 8, tive que comprar as pressas e realmente oque comprei depois outra qualidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que compro e olha a experiencia: No primeiro dia de agendamento falaram que faltou energia na usina, reagendei para outro dia pois só poderia receber na parte da manhã, ficou agendado de entregarem hoje até ás 12:00 hrs, ás 11:30 ainda não tinham chego, quando EU entrei em contato, eles disseram que ia atrasar pq tiveram que mandar o trator para a manutenção ?, em nenhum momento entraram em contato comigo, eu tive que ir atrás. Quando estavam descarregando, a bomba entupiu e não conseguiram desentupir, resultado? Meu pedreiro e irmão tiveram que carregar mais de 1 metro de concreto na lata, E O AJUDANTE SEQUER AJUDOU, FOI EMBORA, fora que foi preciso meu irmão ajudar o ajudante a encher a laje pq o ajudante estava sozinho com o motorista.
Passei toda a situação via watssapp para a loja e me falaram que iam passar para os responsáveis, estou aguardando retorno.

My bricklayer and brother had to carry more than 1 meter of concrete in the can, AND THE HELPER HAS HELD, IT WAS, however, gone that it was necessary for my brother to help the helper to fill the slab because the helper was alone with the driver.
I passed the whole situation via watssapp to the store and they told me that they were going to pass to the responsible ones, I am waiting for return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência está sendo péssima, não cumprem prazo de entrega, quando ligo ficam empurrando a responsabilidade um para o outro e o cliente (eu) fico sem o material que comprou, falta de respeito com o cliente!!! Ninguém se dispõe a resolver o caso, a resolução é simples: entregar a laje hoje como combinado!
Depois de muita insistência soube agora 16:30hs que não irá hoje a minha laje, a desculpa é que o caminhão quebrou, falta de comprometimento e responsabilidade da logística, além da falta de respeito de não avisar o cliente, prejuízo de pagar a diária do pedreiro e ajudante que estão na obra aguardando a laje fica pra quem? Eu não recomendo a Lajes Master pra ninguém, se vc que está lendo está minha história achar exagero, leia as dos outros clientes e verá as semelhanças!!!

Nobody is willing to solve the case, the solution is simple: deliver the slab today as agreed!
After a lot of insistence, I now found out at 4:30 pm that he won't go to my slab today, the excuse is that the truck broke down, lack of commitment and responsibility of the logistics, in addition to the lack of respect for not informing the customer, loss of paying the daily mason and helper who are at the work waiting for the slab for whom? I don't recommend Lajes Master to anyone, if you're reading my story and think it's exaggerated, read those of other customers and you'll see the similarities!!!
