★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não consigo ir na Praça sem passar lá para tomar algum sorvete, a massa é tão gostosa que se torna irresistível, o milk shake é cremoso, o açaí vem com bastante adicional e o preço é justo. Eu super recomendo dar uma passada por lá e tomar um H-lera de sensação ♡
I can not go to the Square without going there to have some ice cream, the dough is so delicious that it becomes irresistible, the milk shake is creamy, the acai comes with quite a bit extra and the price is right. I would highly recommend taking a walk down there and taking a feeling H-lera ♡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos piores lugares que já fui na vida. A demora é incalculável. Se você pretende envelhecer na fila, é um ótimo local, se não, FUJA! Eles tem um carrinho de cachorro quente que é uma vergonha. A atendente disse a todos na fila enorme que "pão estava acabando, só garanto mais 10 cachorros quentes", e minutos depois começou a jogar pedaços de pão para os CACHORROS. Depois disse que estava acabando a calabresa e minutos depois estava METENDO a mão na calabresa e enfiando goela abaixo! Falou para um colega nosso que "a gente tem que garantir a nossa jantinha né?". Total descaso com o cliente. Já fui em muito lugar nessa vida, mas não em um como esse.
One of the worst places I've ever been in life. The delay is incalculable. If you plan to grow old in the queue, this is a great spot, if not, FUJA! They have a hot dog cart which is a shame. The clerk told everyone in the huge queue that "bread was running out, I only guarantee ten more hot dogs," and minutes later she began to throw pieces of bread to the PUPPIES. Then he said that the calabrian was coming to an end, and minutes later I was reaching for my hand in the Calabrian and digging down my throat! He told a colleague of ours that "we have to guarantee our little dinner, right?" Total disregard for the customer. I've been in a lot of places in this life, but not in one like that.

The best açaí in the region, the best ice cream, the best frozen, the best q you propose to make. My siblings, family members come from SP and really like H-lera, very good !!! My grandson loves the milk shake !! The ice creams, the bowls and a unique quality !! Congratulations H-lera for offering quality in these treats !!
