★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a até a empresa verificar um defeito no meu carro, porém a pessoa que me atendeu, não deu o mínimo de atenção, foi totalmente mau educado e só falou que estava lotado e não poderia verificar, uma falta de profissionalismo que nunca vi na vida, se está lotado o mínino é, com educação, dizer que no momento não pode verificar e se eu poderia voltar outro dia que tivesse mais tempo.
Em fim, fiquei tão abismada com a falta de educação que resolvi falar aqui, espero que esse comentário eles possam rever como atender um cliente.

Levei meu carro nele após indicação de um UBER que disse pra mim que só levava os carros dele no Leandro, após eu reclamar de uma outra oficina (da mesma rua) querendo me aplicar um "golpe" após eu levar o meu carro pra eles verem.
Infelizmente ainda muitos mecânicos ao verem mulheres, acham que elas não entendem nada e jogam alguns valores abusivos e serviços desnecessários na mecânica do carro.
