★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo ifood além de demorar parar chegar foi entregue um pedido totalmente ao contrário do meu com um valor inferior. Liguei para realizar um troca e não fui atendida.
I placed an order for ifood in addition to taking a long time to arrive, an order was delivered totally unlike mine with a lower value. I called to make an exchange and was not answered.

Pedi um açaí pelo Ifood e quando informou que já saiu pra entrega, o pedido não chegava há mais de meia hora (o restaurante é do mesmo bairro onde moro). Liguei várias vezes e não atendiam, quando atenderam pelo milagre de Deus, avisaram que o motorista já havia saído com a entrega. 15 minutos depois, retornei novamente e disseram que o motorista havia acabado de sair pra entrega, ou seja, além de mentirem, desligaram na minha cara e não retornaram! Meus parabéns pelo serviço de vcs, e mais uma vez, dá próxima vez que forem oferecer serviços pelo ifood, garantam um serviço de qualidade.

I ordered an acai by Ifood and when I said it was already delivered, the order had not arrived for over half an hour (the restaurant is in the same neighborhood where I live). I called several times and did not answer, when they answered by the miracle of God, warned that the driver had already left with the delivery. 15 minutes later, I returned again and said that the driver had just left for delivery, that is, besides lying, hung up on me and did not return! Congratulations on your service, and again, next time if you offer services by ifood, ensure a quality service.

O Açaí é bom, mas o chocolate que usam pra trufar é horrível, é chocolate fracionado, virou uma pedra.
O atendimento é razoável, não é o pior que já vi, mas está longe de ser um ótimo atendimento.
O preço achei um pouco salgado, paguei 21 no açaí (trufado) médio p/1 pessoa.

Açaí is good, but the chocolate they use to truffle is horrible, it’s fractional chocolate, it’s turned into a stone.
The service is reasonable, it is not the worst I have seen, but it is far from being a great service.
The price I thought was a bit salty, I paid 21 in açaí (truffle) medium w / 1 person.
