★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma desorganização total, efetuei o pedido as 12:00 e o venddedor falou que já ia ser entregue e me enrolaram até eu ligar novamente as 17:30 e falarem que para entregar tinha que ter cadastro, ai eu questionei falando que o vendedor não solicitou cadastro e ele simplesmente falou "beleza, tem que ter" e eu com urgência tenho que correr agora atrás de outro lugar....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja Lina fiz uma compra de mais ou menos R$ 420,00, paguei e quando fui retirar os materiais o atendente Otávio disse que não tinha no estoque e a gerente Solange não resolveu meu problema apenas estornou o valor da compra, me senti lesada, ou seja, não se importam com os clientes. Fica a dica antes de pagar consultem se realmente os produtos em exposição tem o suficiente no estoque.
