★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim, fui tirar dúvidas referente aos serviços da localiza, mais a atendente não deixou eu realizar as perguntas, dizendo que a locação e informações somente via app ou site, e que no local apenas retirada do veículo e assinatura de termo, caso aprovado!!
Onde estava minha dúvida era referente a tal aprovação que ela não explicou nada!!
Very bad service, I went to ask questions about the local services, but the attendant didn't let me ask the questions, saying that the rental and information only via the app or website, and that at the place only pick up the vehicle and sign the term, if approved !!
Where was my doubt was referring to such approval that she didn't explain anything!!

Adorei o carro e ele veio limpinho e higienizado.
Service note 10, if I had money I would buy an AB20 for myself.
I loved the car and it came clean and sanitized.

Very good service very good, super polite professionals, very clean and fragrant car very different from other places, I needed to calibrate the tires and the girl who cleans the car was a love she didn't let me do it, she took the car and made me one love she needs a raise no doubt super polite single was as well taken care of as she took care of me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo trocar o veiculo com 70 mil Km,em plena Quinta Feira e eles falam que não tem veiculo disponivel e a agência cheia de carros.diz que não tem com quilometragem baixa so acima de 70 mil km também. ja fui em varias agencias e é a mesma conversa .se fosse pra viagem rapidinho conseguia alugar mas como é pra Aplicativos não troca.
I can't change the vehicle with 70 thousand km, in the middle of Thursday and they say that there is no vehicle available and the agency is full of cars. I've been to several agencies and it's the same conversation. If I was going to travel quickly I could rent but as it's for Applications, I don't change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui bem atendido nessa unidade. Menciono ainda, que uma vez cheguei após ter fechado para fazer uma devolução. Fiquei preso no trânsito. Contudo os funcionários abriram a unidade e receberam o carro com muito boa vontade! Muito obrigado a todos!
I have always had good service at this unit. I also mention that once I arrived after closing to make a return. I got stuck in traffic. However, the employees opened the unit and received the car very willingly! Thank you all!
