★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sou super fã da loja da Localiza do Shopping Santa Cruz dado o atendimento de toda a equipe presente. É claro que eventualmente, intercorrências podem acontecer, e com essa loja, nunca deixamos de ser bem atendidos.
A condição dos carros são ótimas. Estão sempre limpos, com o tanque devidamente abastecido e nunca tivemos nenhuma ocorrência na estrada (alugamos geralmente para viajar).
I'm a big fan of the Localiza store at Shopping Santa Cruz given the service provided by the entire team. Of course, eventually, complications can happen, and with this store, we never fail to be well attended.
The condition of the cars is excellent. They are always clean, with the tank properly filled and we have never had any incidents on the road (we usually rent to travel).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei set/2021: Gostei bastante do atendimento de todos funcionários! Desde dentro da loja até no estacionamento, na busca do carro.
Acho ruim alugar por grupo/ categoria de carro - vc quer um determinado carro e pode ser que na hora não tenha. Ex: sandero e gol - queria sandero e só tinha Gol - mas o lado bom é que na hora já deram upgrade pra categoria de Renegade e Ecosport, mto bom! Com condutor extra sem custo adicional. E cobraram somente 10 reais a mais a diária.
Até aqui, tudo ótimo, estava bem satisfeita. Mas acontece que depois de verificar o carro, ver se tem amassados pra vistoria etc, entrei no carro e o Ecosport não ligou - estava com bateria fraca! Ainda bem que nao aconteceu fora do shopping.
Trocaram imediatamente pelo Renegade (queria fazer um downgrade pra pegar o Nivus, mas não permitem downgrade, mesmo mantendo mesmo preço). Os únicos carros que poderíamos pegar estavam com rodízio pro dia, então esperamos das 19h até 20h pra poder sair sem pegar multa.
Pelo que sei, não é tão raro a bateria falhar (isso que o carro tinha sido alugado 4 dias antes, então a bateria estava ruim mesmo)
Localiza fica no subsolo, e os carros ficam no G3.
Acho que voltaria a alugar com eles, foram bem tranquilos em relação à devolução.
Rent Sep/2021: I really enjoyed the service provided by all employees! From inside the store to the parking lot, looking for the car.
I think it's bad to rent by group / car category - you want a certain car and you may not have it at the time. Ex: sandero and goal - I wanted sandero and only had Goal - but the good thing is that at the time they already upgraded to the Renegade and Ecosport category, very good! With extra driver at no additional cost. And they only charged 10 reais more per day.
So far, everything was great, I was very satisfied. But it turns out that after checking the car, seeing if there are any dents for inspection etc, I got in the car and Ecosport didn't turn on - it had a low battery! Glad it didn't happen outside the mall.
They immediately switched to Renegade (I wanted to downgrade to get Nivus, but they don't allow downgrades, even keeping the same price). The only cars we could take were with rotation for the day, so we waited from 7pm to 8pm to be able to leave without getting a ticket.
As far as I know, it's not that rare for the battery to fail (this is because the car had been rented 4 days before, so the battery was really bad)
Localiza is underground, and cars are in the G3.
I think I would go back to renting with them, they were very calm about returning it.
