★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um conjunto, box com o colchão, o mesmo foi entregue fora do prazo e horário combinado, o mesmo veio com defeito e os dois atendentes não efetuaram a troca, fiz uma queixa no Procon e agora os mesmos não aceitam minha solicitação.
Péssimo atendimento e qualidade, totalmente decepcionada com a marca.
I bought a set, box with the mattress, it was delivered after the agreed time and time, it came defective and the two attendants did not make the exchange, I made a complaint at Procon and now they do not accept my request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, o vendedor Sérgio nos enganou, vendeu um colchão e entregou outro similar, de qualidade inferior. O pós venda foi um.lixo e ainda queria mais dinheiro para efetuar a troca. Tentamos ligar na fábrica , em busca de ajuda, mas foi sem sucesso! O vendedor disse que o cliente não tinha razão, não efetuou a troca sem custo e não recebemos nem uma ligação da supervisão, como forma de amenizar o problema. Agora, infelizmente, temos de engolir seco a compra, o que achávamos que seria um motivo de alegria pro casal, virou um completo desgosto! Recomendo a todos que comprem pelo site, ou nas lojas concorrentes.
Very bad, the salesman Sérgio tricked us, sold a mattress and delivered another similar one, of inferior quality. After-sales was a waste and I still wanted more money to make the exchange. We tried to call the factory, looking for help, but it was unsuccessful! The seller said that the customer was not right, did not make the exchange free of charge and we did not even receive a call from the supervision as a way to alleviate the problem. Now, unfortunately, we have to swallow the purchase dry, which we thought would be a cause for joy for the couple, became a complete disgust! I recommend everyone to buy on the website, or in competing stores.
