★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixar seu console para avaliação de compra na mão de funcionários as vezes acarreta com a falta de experiência e digo até a atenção ruim que recebi. Só fizeram eu perder tempo por mais de uma hora e meia. Sinceramente não sabem nem carregar o aparelho e me dizem que esta com problemas!! Mentira...Não vou generalizar, mas pela minha má experiência para esta questão não recomendo e tenha cuidado!!
Leaving your console for purchase evaluation in the hands of employees sometimes entails a lack of experience and I even say the bad attention I received. It only made me waste time for over an hour and a half. They honestly don't even know how to charge the device and they tell me it's in trouble!! Lie... I won't generalize, but due to my bad experience for this issue I don't recommend it and be careful!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Não sabem negociar, solicitei hoje uma venda de ps4 slim, me passaram o valor de 1690 (compramos por 1650 na Santa Ifigênia, semi novo, assim como vendem nessa mesma loja). Pedi que me cobrassem o valor de 1690 sem juros porque meu limite no cartão não suportaria além desse valor. O atendente mentiu dizendo que a maquininha não permite (detalhe que existe a opção de não cobrar juros ou abaixar o valor para que o juros posso abater o valor total da compra) moro a vida inteira em São Caetano, nunca mais vou indicar essa loja para meus familiares e amigos.
Terrible. They don't know how to negotiate, I requested a sale of ps4 slim today, they gave me the value of 1690 (we bought it for 1650 in Santa Ifigênia, semi new, as they sell in that same store). I asked them to charge me the amount of 1690 interest free because my card limit would not support more than that amount. The attendant lied saying that the machine does not allow it (detail that there is the option of not charging interest or lowering the value so that the interest can reduce the total value of the purchase) I live my whole life in São Caetano, I will never recommend this store to my family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um PS4 com o Daniel, me atendeu na sua própria casa durante a pandemia... Me atendeu super bem, e hoje levei um Xbox pra avaliar e vender na loja, super bem tratado preço justo na compra do meu usado, recomendo muito Dgames é show.
