★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu comprei umas blusinhas de tricot, e depois de provar em casa, elas não combinavam com nada meu. Foi + de 300reais, pagos no débito. Não vi que a etiqueta dizia que só tinha 7 dias pra troca, então perdi o prazo( passei 21 dias( eu acreditei que eram 30 dias, como nas outras lojas). Pedi pra falar com a gerente, mas não podem dar o telefone dela.
Disseram que iriam retornar, e depois me ligaram dizendo que não podiam trocar.
Eu perdi dinheiro, tempo, me expus a andar na rua em tempos de pandemia, só pra receber um não.
Desrecomendo essa loja pq não é barata, não é flexível, e não leva o cliente em consideração. E o tricot, tem vários iguais nos camelos da ze paulino.
I bought some knit blouses, and after trying them at home, they didn't match anything of mine. It was more than 300 reals, paid in debit. I didn't see that the label said it only had 7 days to change, so I missed the deadline (I spent 21 days (I believed it was 30 days, as in other stores). I asked to speak to the manager, but they can't give her phone number .
They said they would return, and then they called me saying they couldn't change.
I lost money, time, I was exposed to walking on the street in times of pandemic, just to get no.
I disapprove of this store because it is not cheap, it is not flexible, and it does not take the customer into account. And the knitting, there are several equals in the camels of the Pauline Ze.
