★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma pena a menor nota ser uma estrela, pois se tivesse como eu daria -5. A atendente da loja me tratou bem, mas a gerente (uma loira do cabelo médio) dois dias seguidos foi extremamente sem educação comigo, e com a atendente.
Fui fazer uma compra ontem e ela foi super grossa comigo e com a atendente, cheguei em casa e vi que a jaqueta estava rasgada, fui pedir a troca e ela foi sem educação e respeito tratando mal a atendente e a mim. Ficou de cara fechada o tempo inteiro, na hora que fui sair da loja fiquei de cara fechada novamente, o meu pai estava na porta me esperando e viu que ela havia ficado me encarando e falando algo pra funcionária que estava ao lado dela. A atendente inclusive reclamou comigo sobre o TANTO que a gerente é grossa.
PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO EM RELAÇÃO A GERENTE, TER ELA LA E NÃO TER DA NA MESMA COISA
It's a pity the lowest grade being a star, because if I had like I would give -5. The store attendant treated me well, but the manager (a blonde with medium hair) two days in a row was extremely impolite to me, and to the attendant.
I went shopping yesterday and she was super rude to me and the attendant, I arrived home and saw that the jacket was torn, I went to ask for the exchange and she was rude and respectful, treating the attendant and me badly. She was frowning the entire time, when I left the store I was frowning again, my father was at the door waiting for me and saw that she had been staring at me and saying something to the employee who was beside her. The attendant even complained to me about SO MUCH that the manager is rude.
BAD SERVICE IN RELATION TO THE MANAGER, HAVING SHE AND DOESN'T HAVE THE SAME THING
